The HIMS reception is open from 09:00am until 05:00pm, Monday to Saturday. Patient Medical Record Number Card / Payment receipt or any other identification is required before medical information is released. Copy of inpatient investigations is released after three working days from the date of discharge. Death Certificate is issued after five working days from the date of expiry to the immediate family member of the deceased.
