Terms Of Service for E- Lab Reports

1. All reasonable care and precautions have been taken by the Tabba Heart Institute (THI) ensuring that security & safety features are adopted and placed during the uploading/transmission of the electronic reports, however, the possibility of any manipulation/pilferage/tampering etc of the electronic report in any manner whatsoever cannot be eliminated, which can result in a compromised authenticity/accuracy/reliability/integrity of the report/s and henceforth, THI shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any such act or omission of/by anyone.

2. In case of, any discrepancy or difference between this electronic report/s and the original report/s, either on account of reasons mentioned at point # 1 (above) or otherwise, the original report/s maintained at THI shall always be deemed to be the final and authentic and shall always prevail over this electronic report/s. It is advised, in the interest and for the benefit of the patient that the original report be collected/obtained by the Patient from THI.

3. This electronic report is being uploaded/transmitted by THI at the request of the Patient and upon the transmission of the electronic report; THI shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever in case of uploading/retrieval or for any delays.

4. All MR number registered reports will be deleted from the portal after 90 days. All OSR number registered reports will be deleted from the portal after 15 days.
