
- Achieve a reputation for consistently high quality nursing care according to set targets
- To assess Patient Satisfaction Level on a monthly basis
- Improve the patient satisfaction index
- To strengthen patient education program at THI that most of the patients/families receive information according to their needs
- To strengthen medication usage in all Nursing Units
- Monitoring of clinical indicators
- To improve multidisciplinary collaboration particularly with the physician group
- To ensure availability of nursing staff according to staff model proposed through a continuous recruitment
- Control on absenteeism by monitoring shift loss
- Ensure staff satisfaction by continuous support and mentorship to nursing staff
- Ensure that nursing units are maintained as per THI standards
- Increase patient satisfaction by maintaining high standard of cleaning In-patient areas
- Visitor Control in all Inpatient/Outpatient units
- Work in collaboration with MMD to ensure availability of Capital equipment and Medical Surgical supplies
- Improve standards of practice through Standardized Nursing Care Plans and clinical pathway utilization
- Ensuring development of nursing staff as per NES annual plan through national expertise
- Ensure placement of competent nursing staff in management positions
- To Improve work load management on each nursing unit
- To reduce overtime up to 50%
- Ensure implementation of all components of Quality Assurance Program at all nursing units
- To control hospital infection through continuous monitoring and reinforcement of infection control policy
- Provision of Home Health Care Services
- Nursing Research (minimum 02 nurses per year)
